Responsible for managing the field crew, materials, Safety, Quality, and equipment to ensure the timely and proper completion of projects.
you will be Working Foreman who Provides mentorship and technical skills to Appranitce You will work directly with the Owner and Coordinator, the Fabrication Shop, and other team members.
Ensures installations comply with applicable codes and regulations. Maintain paperwork such as Hazard Assessments, Short Interval Plans, Timesheets, Weekly Labour Reports, Daily Logs, Safety Forms, etc. Update drawings and project change orders.
Position Requirements

- Ability to manage, train and motivate 1st/2nd/3rd/4th-year apprentices and Journeymen.
- Keep a positive attitude, enjoy your work, strive to build things your proud of.
- Coordinate and cooperate with your peers, builders, clients, consultants our sub trade team and suppliers.
- Work with the office to define our goals, develop our systems, embrace building technologies, exceed expectations and build our future together.
- 4 years of experience in Plumbing Construction as a Plumbing Foreman

Pay: $38.00-$50.00 per hour
