Established Collection Agency in need of a 3rd party Collection Manager immediately.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Bank Client Management in a 3rd Party Credit & Collection Agency or Call Center.
- Must be able to measure KPI performances & provide updates & solutions.
- Control day to day operations & heavily involved in coaching & development.
- Create & execute a work plan, plan budget based upon client listings & inventory.
- Must be up to date on Provincial & Client compliance guidelines & legislations.
- Call Calibrations & build client relations weekly, monthly meeting a deadline.
- Responsible & accountable for up holding company procedures & policy.
- Responsible & Team player as walking agents through calls or closing files.
- Uphold client directives & while working with call auditors & management team.
- Must be reliable, confident, committed with a positive attitude & lead by example.
- Must be able to hold a team meetings communicating key values & company brand.
- Be able to deescalate & problem solve.

Must be able to work a mandatory late night & one weekend shift per month.
