Clear Choice Home Services is a local, owner-operated exterior cleaning company based in St. Albert. We make homes look their best — windows, gutters, soft washing, and pressure washing — and we've built our name on doing the job right and treating customers like neighbours. We're hiring motivated technicians for our spring–fall season, and the people who show up, work hard, and take pride in their work earn well here.
What you'll earn: You earn 15% commission on the work you complete, backed by a guaranteed hourly minimum — so you're never working for nothing on a slow day. Our technicians average around $37/hour, with top performers earning more. The harder and smarter you work, the more you take home.
What you'll do
- Clean windows (interior and exterior) to a high standard
- Clear and flush gutters
- Soft wash siding, soffits, and other delicate surfaces
- Pressure wash driveways, walkways, decks, and patios
- Work safely on ladders and at heights
- Represent Clear Choice on every property — friendly, tidy, and respectful of people's homes
What we're looking for
- Reliable and hardworking, with real pride in a job done right
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders in varying weather
- Physically fit — this is active, hands-on work all day
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in exterior cleaning, painting, roofing, landscaping, or similar field/trades work is an asset — we'll train the right person on our systems
- A strong customer-service attitude; our reputation is built on how we treat people
