Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in LoadRunner, Performance Testing, Automation, and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts and automation frameworks while providing daily performance testing updates and ensuring delivery of high-quality testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and execute LoadRunner performance test scripts for application performance validation.
- Design and develop automation scripts using:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Java
- SQL
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Create and maintain self-sufficient automation packages that are independent of data and test environments and can support multiple test scenarios.
- Utilize and validate converted test data in addition to data created and maintained by automation scripts.
- Execute performance and automation test suites to validate application stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow established software testing processes, including:
- Code reviews
- Defect management
- Source code/script check-ins to configuration management tools
- Maintain and update automation frameworks and scripts to accommodate application changes and resolve defects.
- Execute automated test packages and support project teams before official handover.
- Develop and maintain documentation including:
- Framework design documents
- Code implementation guides
- Setup documentation
- User guides
- Conduct handover reviews once automation and performance testing packages meet quality standards and are ready for use by testing teams.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide daily status updates and reporting on performance testing results, issues, risks, and overall progress.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
