As we continue to expand our Pest Control Division, we are seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to help grow our market presence across the GTA and surrounding regions.
The Opportunity
This is a true hunter role for an ambitious sales professional with experience in the pest control industry. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, food production facilities, warehouses, retail operations, healthcare facilities, and other businesses requiring professional pest management services.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new commercial pest control opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory development
- Conduct on-site inspections and client consultations
- Identify pest management challenges and recommend customized service solutions
- Prepare and present professional proposals and service agreements
- Develop strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
- Manage sales activities and opportunities through CRM software
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience within the pest control industry is considered an asset
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing commercial accounts
- Strong understanding of commercial pest management programs and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities
Compensation & Benefits, Base Salary
- Starting salary of $65,000+ annually, based on experience
Commission
- Unlimited uncapped commission structure
