All Around Quality Consultants Inc. (AA-QC) is a growing Construction & Industrial Solutions company based in British Columbia, supporting contractors, developers, and property managers through post-construction cleaning, maintenance solutions, skilled labour support, and project turnover services.
We are currently looking for a motivated, bilingual, and highly organized Business Development & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both client relations and field coordination, and who wants to grow professionally within the construction and operations industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, property managers, and commercial clients
- Perform cold calling, client visits, and business development activities
- Coordinate operational and administrative tasks related to projects and staffing
- Support estimating processes and review project drawings/plans when required
- Assist with scheduling, project follow-up, reporting, and client communication
- Manage CRM updates, quotations, and operational documentation
- Support invoicing, QuickBooks entries, and internal coordination
- Promote maintenance services, post-construction cleaning, and construction solution packages
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is a MUST
- Experience in construction, operations, coordination, estimating, or project support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Sales, B2B, or client management experience is considered a strong asset - is a MUST
- Ability to read construction drawings/plans is an asset

AA-QC is looking for committed individuals who want to grow with a company focused on professionalism, solutions, and long-term relationships.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
