Position Summary
CMU College of Makeup Art & Design is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Director to lead the College’s student recruitment, enrollment growth, marketing, and partnership initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve student enrollment targets, strengthen the College’s brand presence, and support long-term institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and student recruitment plans to achieve enrollment targets and business objectives;
- Lead domestic and international student recruitment initiatives through digital marketing, partnerships, events, and outreach activities;
- Monitor enrollment trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve recruitment performance;
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders;
- Oversee the College’s marketing activities, including social media, advertising campaigns, website content, branding, and promotional materials;
- Analyze marketing and enrollment data, prepare performance reports, and recommend strategies to improve lead conversion and student retention;
- Manage and support the admissions and recruitment team to ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and achievement of enrollment goals;
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and student engagement;
- Represent the College at recruitment events, trade shows, school visits, industry events, and networking opportunities;
- Collaborate with academic and operational departments to support student success and maintain a positive student experience throughout the enrollment process;
- Manage the sales and marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources;
- Ensure all recruitment and marketing activities comply with applicable regulations, institutional policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, or business development in the education sector;
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment or sales targets;
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms;
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Knowledge of the private education sector and student recruitment market.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
