Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team at the food court of Marlborough mall NE. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the counter, table, or drive-thru
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista-style drinks if applicable
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown during shifts
- Maintain a clean dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences
Experience
- Previous Shawarma restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Experience in the food industry, including serving or food preparation, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background or experience in the food service sector is highly valued.
- Mornings shift and afternoon shift are available

Pay: $15.00-$19.09 per hour
