Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide holistic acupuncture treatments to promote patient wellness, manage pain, and support overall health. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and experience working within a hospital or clinical setting. The Acupuncturist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized treatment plans and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop individualized acupuncture plans
- Administer acupuncture treatments safely and effectively, adhering to best practices and clinical protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on complementary therapies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients
- Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and integrate new methods into practice
Experience
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical healthcare environment is preferred
- Proven experience providing patient-centered care with a focus on holistic health approaches
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients effectively
- Certification or licensing as an Acupuncturist in accordance with state regulations is required
Pay: $85.00-$115.50 per hour
