Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS
- Serve drinks and meals promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, including cashiering duties and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Restock supplies, garnish drinks, and assist in food handling as needed to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with hospitality standards and food service operations is highly desirable
