Operations Manager — Vivid Hair & Beauty Richmond Hill · Full-Time · Premium Salon & Scalp Care Clinic
Vivid Hair & Beauty is a Richmond Hill salon known for premium hair services across every hair type, plus an integrated TopScalp scalp care clinic. Built on over 40 years of master-stylist experience, we've spent years building a loyal local client base — and now we're growing into the salon we've always wanted to be.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day so our founders can focus on what they do best — craft and care.
What you'll own
- Bookings, reception, and the full client experience from arrival to checkout
- Staff scheduling, support, and onboarding for new hires
- CRM management — keeping client records useful, not just full
- Day-to-day Instagram (posting, replies, DMs) — content direction provided
- Invoicing, daily reconciliation, and basic operational reporting
- Driving rebooking rate at checkout — one of your key performance metrics
You're a fit if you have
- 3+ years managing a salon, spa, clinic, or premium service business
- Fluent English (Korean is a plus, not required)
- Comfort with booking and CRM systems — we use Velvet Studio CRM
- A warm, calm presence with both clients and team
- Genuine interest in beauty, hair, or scalp care (you don't need to cut hair)
Bonus
- Hands-on experience running Instagram for a brand or business
- Background in hair, beauty, or skincare industry
