Inventory Transfer Associate (Temporary Contract -2 Months)

DART Aerospace is a global aerospace manufacturer delivering mission-critical equipment used worldwide. As part of our inventory transfer project, we are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Transfer Associate to support the migration of inventory from our SEI facility while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations.
Position Overview
This temporary position plays a key role in ensuring a successful inventory transfer by accurately counting, verifying, organizing, and preparing materials for production and shipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count and verify inventory during the SEI inventory transfer.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Kit parts according to production work orders or shipping requirements.
- Prepare parts, components, and kits for shipment.
- Label, package, and organize materials to company standards.
- Support warehouse operations including material movement and inventory organization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transactions and documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive counting and verification tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are an asset.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
