Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all food preparation and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Kitchen experience or food handling certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
