- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Lift heavy vehicle parts safely using proper techniques and equipment to ensure efficient repairs
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of all service requests
Qualifications
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
- Dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred but not required
- Transmission knowledge is an asset, but not mandatory
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
