Prairie North Const. Ltd. is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) department through the coordination and administration of safety-related records, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements.
The Health & Safety Administrator will work closely with the HSE team, Human Resources, and operations personnel to ensure employee records, training certifications, and client compliance requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently. This role is well suited to an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple departments.
This position will report directly to the Corporate Safety Manager.

Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation documentation
- Maintain employee training records and certification files
- Monitor training expiry dates and coordinate renewals as required
- Assist with the administration of contractor compliance systems, including ISNetworld (ISN)
- Maintain HSE records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare and distribute safety-related documentation and communications
- Assist with the coordination of internal and external training programs
- Support the collection and organization of safety documentation and reports
- Assist with COR audit preparation and document management
- Support Human Resources with employee record management as required
- Provide general administrative support to the HSE department
Education and Experience
- Minimum two years of administrative experience
- Experience in construction, transportation, industrial, or safety-related environments is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is considered an asset
- Experience with contractor management systems such as ISNetworld (ISN), Avetta, or Comply Works and Work Hub is considered an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based position

Job Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour workdays
- Schedule, hours, and days of work are subject to change to accommodate business needs
