Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
- Manage the front desk during overnight shifts, including check-ins and check-outs of guests
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using hotel management software
- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and special accommodations to ensure a positive experience
- Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Monitor security and safety procedures within the hotel premises
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong phone etiquette
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel experience is advantageous
