Strello Health is a fast-growing Canadian health tech startup building AI voice agents for medical clinics.
Our product helps clinics handle patient calls, book appointments, manage workflows, and reduce front desk workload. We are growing quickly across Canada and are looking for an ambitious, organized Account Coordinator to help us support clinics, onboard new customers, and keep implementations moving smoothly.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to work close to the founders, learn how a startup grows, and build toward a future role in customer success, sales, or account management.
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you will be one of the key people helping clinics get set up and succeed with Strello.
You will work directly with clinic managers, physicians, admin teams, and our internal product and implementation team. Your job will be to keep customers organized, make sure onboarding steps are completed, answer questions, and help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable talking to customers. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to be sharp, reliable, and eager to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Help onboard new clinics onto the Strello platform
- Coordinate setup steps across clinic teams, phone providers, EMR access, and internal implementation
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clinic managers and admin teams
- Track customer tasks, timelines, follow-ups, and account notes
- Help prepare materials for customer check-ins, workflow reviews, and launch calls
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the right internal team
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, demos, customer questions, and account expansion opportunities
- Identify ways to improve our onboarding, support, and customer success processes
- Work closely with the founders on customer growth and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable speaking with customers by email, phone, and video call
- Able to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping follow-ups
- Fast learner who enjoys figuring things out
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where things move quickly
- Interest in healthcare, startups, customer success, or sales
- Prior experience in customer support, operations, sales, account coordination, healthcare administration, or a startup is helpful, but not required

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
