Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Office Assistant for a commercial kitchen equipment company in Pierrefonds (West Island).
Duties
- Manage inbound/outbound client calls
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Client follow-ups for maintenance plans
- Invoicing and billing support
- Service report distribution
- General administrative work
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English required)
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Experience in office admin, dispatch, or customer service
- Comfortable handling phone-heavy workload

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
