Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical proficiency are highly valued. The position is full-time and includes comprehensive training to ensure success in the role.

Duties
- Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and programming parameters based on job requirements.
- Operate CNC equipment efficiently to produce high-quality parts within specified tolerances.
- Monitor machine operations, perform routine inspections, and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is advantageous. This position is integral to our manufacturing operations, requiring a dedicated individual committed to producing high-quality components through precise machining processes.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
