We're a residential painting company working job sites across Vancouver and the North Shore. When we're active in a neighbourhood, we capitalize on it. You're the person who makes that happen.
What You're Actually Doing
Working our active job sites — on foot, in the community:
- Knocking on doors near active job sites and starting conversations with neighbours
- Delivering flyers and door hangers in the surrounding area
- Putting up and pulling lawn signs at job sites
Every qualified lead you generate pays you $30. The neighbourhoods are targeted, the conversations are warm, and the math adds up fast if you're consistent.
The Earning Potential Is Real
- Base: $24/hour while you're in the field
- $30 per qualified lead on top of that
- Strong performers can earn $40–$50/hour
- 16–25 hours per week — this isn't a grind, it's a focused effort with real upside
- Flexible schedule: Afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
You're not cold calling strangers at random. You're working streets where we're already painting a home. Neighbours are curious, the brand is visible, and the conversations start themselves. Your job is to show up, be personable, and point interested people toward a free estimate.
