Please note that this is a full-time temporary position scheduled from August 3rd, 2026 to November 27th, 2026. Depending on business needs and operational requirements, the duration of the assignment may be revised or extended.
OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager - ON, the Reach Driver ON plays a key role in the movement and organization of wheels and related components in our warehouse. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inventory using a reach truck, ensuring that materials are stored, retrieved, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve wheels and related products.
- Ensure proper placement and handling of rims and accessories to avoid damage.
- Load and unload trailers, stage shipments, and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track movement and stock levels.
- Perform daily inspections of reach truck and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily shipping, receiving, and picking tasks.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid reach truck certification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with handling high-value and heavy products (e.g., wheels, rims).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using RF scanners or basic inventory software.
ASSETS
- Experience in the wheel or automotive parts industry.
- Forklift (counterbalance or order picker) certification.
- Bilingual (French/English), depending on location.
