Hospitality - Dining - Lifestyle Experiences
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Brand Manager to help shape and elevate the visual identity, storytelling, and cultural positioning of our hospitality group focused on elevated dining, design-forward environments, and atmosphere-driven guest experiences.
This is not a conventional marketing role.
We are not looking for someone who simply manages social media or executes templated marketing strategies. We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, refined taste, and a deep appreciation for hospitality, culture, and visually driven storytelling.
The ideal candidate understands how to build atmosphere, not just content — and how to communicate emotion, identity, and experience through brand expression.
This role is both creative and operational, combining hands-on execution with creative direction support as the brand continues to evolve.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing and evolving the visual identity and brand presence
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Creating and overseeing social media content strategy and storytelling
- Coordinating photo and video shoots with photographers, videographers, and creatives
- Ensuring consistent, elevated brand presentation across all touchpoints
- Supporting the conceptual development of campaigns, events, and activations
- Producing content when needed (photo, video, editing, design, etc.)
- Staying current with trends in hospitality, dining, nightlife, fashion, design, and culture
- Helping shape how the brand is perceived visually, emotionally, and culturally
- Managing timelines, content calendars, and day-to-day marketing execution
The Ideal Candidate
- Has exceptional taste and strong natural creative instinct
- Understands hospitality aesthetics, atmosphere, and experiential branding
- Has an eye for detail: composition, lighting, texture, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Understands how to market experiences, emotion, and lifestyle — not just products
- Has experience in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, lifestyle, fashion, or design-driven brands
- Is highly detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused
- Is culturally aware and engaged with modern creative industries
- Can balance creativity with structure and follow-through
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Skills & Experience
- Branding and marketing coordination
- Social media strategy and content creation
- Photography and/or videography (strong asset)
- Graphic design and visual storytelling
- Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
- Campaign development and content production
- Understanding of hospitality, lifestyle, or experience-driven brands
What This Role Is NOT
This is not a purely strategic or executive-level creative director role, nor is it a basic content or social media posting position.
We are seeking someone who sits in the middle — a hands-on brand builder who can help shape the visual and cultural direction of the business while actively executing high-quality marketing and content work.
Compensation
CA$75,000–$85,000 base + performance bonus + long-term growth opportunity.
