Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving food items and restocking supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

Pay: $18.10-$20.00 per hour
