Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations and administrative processes. Duties:
- Support talent acquisition efforts through HR sourcing, recruiting activities, ATS management, and conducting interviews.
- Assist with onboarding processes, employee training & development programs, and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll processing while ensuring timely data entry and accuracy.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, supporting communication between staff and management, and maintaining positive employee engagement.
- Oversee administrative functions related to human resources management including maintaining employee records, assisting with HR documentation, and supporting HR projects.
- Contribute to project management efforts related to HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Support compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to employment practices.
Qualifications
- Major in Human Resources or relevant degree is Must
- Proven experience or 2-3 years with human resources management systems such as Indeed or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data entry, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and collaboration across departments.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, training & development, or change management is highly desirable.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions is a plus.
