Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Wealth Advisor to provide customized insurance and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.
As a trusted advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions while identifying opportunities to optimize wealth accumulation, tax efficiency, risk management, and legacy planning.
This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys building long-term client partnerships and delivering comprehensive financial advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients and their families
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to understand each client's unique goals, priorities, and financial situation
- Provide customized insurance and wealth planning recommendations
- Collaborate with strategic referral partners and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Educate clients on wealth preservation, tax-efficient planning, risk management, and investment strategies
- Present financial recommendations clearly and professionally using approved planning tools and technology
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience throughout the advisory process
- Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships through ongoing reviews and proactive planning
Qualifications
- Fully licensed to sell Life Insurance and Mutual Funds in Ontario
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
- Strong understanding of insurance-based financial planning strategies
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients preferred
- Knowledge of tax-efficient wealth preservation and estate planning concepts
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and client-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships while maintaining a high level of service
