Café Staff (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, process payments, and operate the POS/cash register.
- Prepare food and beverages according to OOMOMO Café recipes, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, portioning, plating, and other kitchen duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in both the front-of-house and kitchen areas.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and record-keeping when required.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, cashier, or kitchen operations is an asset.
- A valid Food Handler Certificate is preferred.
- Friendly, positive, and energetic with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
