As a Resort Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play an important role in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will assist guests with reservations, inquiries, requests, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high service standards of CEM Resorts.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression at the front desk
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Provide guests with information about resort amenities, local attractions, dining, and services
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Follow resort policies, procedures, and hospitality standards at all times
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, hotel, or resort reception is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-service oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer applications
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts if required
