Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to maintain our furnished rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure each space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, looking to contribute to a positive guest experience. Prior experience in hotel, custodial, or industrial cleaning is a plus, but we welcome motivated learners eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to company standards
- Inspect the property for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
- Adhere to cleaning checklists and quality standards to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled windows
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition and organized
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to meet scheduling demands
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are advantageous but not mandatory
- Positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with guests or team members
- Ideally has a vehicle (or can be mobile across the city)
