Armored Inc. is one of Ontario's leading automotive protection studios specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Paint Correction, Security Film and Vehicle Enhancement Services.
We are seeking a highly organized, professional and customer-focused individual to become the face of our Burlington location.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization, and wants to be part of a growing premium automotive brand.
What You'll DoCustomer Experience
- Welcome customers into our showroom and provide a premium customer experience
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds with customers
- Explain our products and services in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Respond to website, social media and CRM leads
- Assist customers with product recommendations and service options
- Schedule consultations and appointments
Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up with new leads and estimate requests
- Track leads through our CRM system
- Assist in converting inquiries into booked appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Generate estimates and service recommendations
- Support customer retention and referral initiatives
Administrative Responsibilities
- Open and close the facility
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Maintain customer files and documentation
- Assist with invoicing and payment collection
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups
- Monitor daily workflow and customer communication
Executive Support
- Work directly with the Owner
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks
- Help coordinate marketing initiatives and customer events
- Support business development opportunities
- Assist with special projects as the company grows
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience using CRM software is considered an asset
- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required
- Sales experience is considered a strong asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
