Server / Bartender
Bar Dem is looking for energetic, personable, and reliable Servers and Bartenders to join our growing team.
Bar Dem is a late-night cocktail bar offering premium spirits, craft cocktails, and bottle service in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we’re looking for team members with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, friendly service to every guest.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits (bartenders).
- Take food and beverage orders accurately (servers).
- Assist with bottle service and VIP table experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Work closely with the team during busy late-night service.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow Smart Serve guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and team-first mindset.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and late nights.
- Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
