Job description
Curbside Collection/ Staal's Soil and Sod is looking for full-time DZ Driver to support our growing business in Thunder Bay, ON. The DZ Driver, will collect waste from various customer sites and deliver soil to various customers. The driver will be required to load and unload trucks. This DZ license representative will also have the ability to operate a variety of truck and equipment including roll-off truck, front load garbage truck, tri-axle dump truck and any other equipment that fits their license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Tri-Axle dump truck
- Operate Roll-off truck
- Operate Front Load Garbage Truck
- Maintain cleanliness of Tools and Equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Valid DZ License
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors
- Manual dexterity, ability to lift 75+ lbs required
