As Production Manager, you will play an important leadership role in both day-to-day operations and the company’s continued growth. What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will lead daily production operations while ensuring schedules, quality standards, and operational targets are consistently achieved. You will work closely with ownership and the broader team to help strengthen operations, support growth initiatives, and create an efficient, positive production environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily plant operations and production activities across the facility.
- Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
- Lead, coach, and support production team members while fostering a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in workmanship.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, yard operations, and logistics to support smooth production flow and delivery performance.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support quality control initiatives and ensure finished products meet company and customer expectations.
- Coordinate labour and production resources to support daily operational demands and production targets.
- Monitor equipment and operational performance, escalating maintenance or process concerns as needed to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with ownership and internal teams to support production planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, production, or a related operational environment.
- Previous leadership experience managing production or operational teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience improving workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving operational performance.
- Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
- Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
- Experience working in custom manufacturing, construction materials, or a non-automated production environment is considered a strong asset.
