We are hiring an ML + Software Engineer to build sovereign AI infrastructure for regulated industries: RAG pipelines, agent systems, and on-premise deployments for municipal, healthcare, and financial clients. You will work across the stack, from data pipelines and model serving to production web applications.
What you will do:
- Build and harden retrieval pipelines and agent systems
- Ship production features across our platform
- Work directly with the founding team
What we look for:
- Strong software fundamentals (any stack)
- Hands-on ML or LLM application experience
- Bias to ship and verify
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
