Full job description

We are currently looking for Junior Service Technicians to perform swimming pool openings, maintenance, and closings. The ideal candidate does not require experience in the pool industry as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Open pools as part of a team
Weekly maintenance of pools
Close pools as part of a team
Water Analysis
Handle pool chemicals (WHMIS training provided)
Complete written service reports
Communicate customer service requests / comments to senior staff
Maintain service vehicles / tools / supplies
Attend required training

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to work both in a team and individually
Effectively communicate with clients and staff
Willingness to learn and follow protocols
Maintain a neat and organized work area
Professional appearance
Ability to work outdoors in most weather conditions
Must have and wear steel-toed safety footwear at all times
Must have a G2 or G driver’s license and clean driving record

Terms of Employment:

Full Time: April through October; Saturdays in May/June/September/October

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour D.O.E.
