Position Overview
McMullen’s Refrigeration & Heating Ltd. is seeking a reliable and organized Front Reception / Dispatch Coordinator to manage incoming calls, schedule service work, and support day-to-day office operations. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in coordinating our HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Book and schedule service calls for HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing work
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on urgency, location, and skillset
- Communicate job details clearly to technicians and customers
- Provide updates to customers regarding service timelines and technician arrival
- Create and manage work orders and service tickets
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer information, and scheduling
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, dispatching, or office administration
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or service industry is a strong asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Comfortable using computers (Outlook, scheduling software, Excel, etc.)
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
