We are seeking a dynamic, energetic assistant retail sales manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Assist in Maintain and manage inventory stock levels
- Assist in Manage store appearance/daily upkeep.
- Assist in Manage alterations dept. to ensure alterations are done correctly, on time and manage tailor dept. efficiency.
- Hire and train additional staff as required.
- Supervise, motivate and guide staff towards maximum performance and sales goals.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Manage issues and/or complaints from customers for quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Determine the need for areas of improvements in the store
- Manage budgets and sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus
- Computer literate and comfortable using POS systems
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Menswear or Retail management experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
