Job Title: Hardscape / Landscape Enhancement Apprentice

We are hiring hardworking Hardscape and Landscape Enhancement Apprentices who want to build a real career in the trades.
This is not just a labour job. We are looking for people who want to learn, grow, and become skilled leaders in hardscaping, landscaping, and outdoor construction.
You will start at $23–$26/hour, depending on experience. For the right person, we will build a clear roadmap to help you grow your skills and work toward becoming a Trades Leader earning up to $45/hour within 3–5 years.
What You Will Learn:
- Hardscape installation
- Interlock, stonework, grading, and base preparation
- Landscape enhancements
- Job site setup and cleanup
- Tool and equipment use
- Reading plans and following project instructions
- Working safely and efficiently
- Leading small crews over time
Responsibilities:
- Assist with hardscape and landscape enhancement projects
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Prepare job sites
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Help with grading, digging, compacting, and installation work
- Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors
- Show up on time and work as part of a team

Experience:
Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or labour is helpful, but not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone with the right attitude.
