Summary
We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician to join in our team in Brantford. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and troubleshooting PLC systems that support our projects
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain PLC systems .
- Identify hardware, software, and communication faults in PLC-controlled equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
- Modify, debug, and write automation code.
- Testing, and commissioning new machinery or upgraded control systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement automation solutions.
- Document system configurations, repairs, and upgrades accurately.
- Assist in training team members on PLC system operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PLC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation equipment.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
