Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative with strong communication skills, relevant industry experience, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, following up with leads, and promoting Bucalu’s products and services to homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and business partners.
Fluent communication is one of the most important requirements for this role. The successful candidate must be confident in speaking with clients, understanding customer needs, and presenting product solutions clearly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, builders, designers, and industry partners
- Follow up with leads from online inquiries, showroom visits, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
- Introduce Bucalu’s window and door products, services, and customized solutions to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product options
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and basic project information for customers
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, installation, marketing, and management
- Support showroom sales activities and provide professional customer service
- Track customer follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records
- On-site measurements throughout different locations
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Previous sales experience in windows, doors, construction materials, building products, renovation, real estate, or a related industry is strongly preferred
- Fluent English communication skills are required
- Additional language skills, such as Mandarin or Cantonese, are considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork spirit
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain product features clearly
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a showroom and client-facing environment
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred
Work Location: 1030 Speers Rd, Oakville ON , L6L 2X4
Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday / Weekend availability may be required)
