Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for 2 days a week - Monday-Tuesday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment.
- Making posts in social media (instagram, tik tok, facebook)
- Schedule is Monday-Tuesday (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
