Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team as a full time coach. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming, a strong background in aquatic safety, and the ability to inspire confidence and skill in our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during swim sessions.
- Develop and implement personalized swim programs.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming techniques.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly.
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of swimming instruction experience.
- Relevant certifications in swimming instruction and aquatic safety.
- Experience and certifications obtained overseas are acceptable and encouraged.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Passion for swimming and teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and adults.
