The Travel Group is looking for an eager Jr. Travel Advisor. Someone who is outgoing, proactive, and reliable.

This role begins as a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment, including commission-based bonuses. Responsibilities include assisting clients in creating customized travel itineraries, providing expert travel advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the planning process.
Duties
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Manage bookings accurately and efficiently using industry-standard reservation systems
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and industry trends
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to confirm reservations and resolve issues
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and booking histories.
Requirements
- Strong interest in travel.
- Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently.
- Familiar with MS Office (word, excel & outlook)
- Some experience with the Amadeus reservation system.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing urgent responsibilities.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn industry-specific systems and tools
