General Labourer – Commercial Construction

$23–$25 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently hiring General Labourers to support the construction of a new commercial retail development in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale construction project while working alongside experienced trades and construction professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Move and organize construction materials throughout the job site
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist skilled trades with general labour tasks
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Support other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Steel toe boots and appropriate PPE required
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating a ride-on floor scrubber or concrete slab finishing machine is considered a strong asset
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (8–10 hours)
- Overtime may be available based on project needs
