Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Realtor Assistant to support a top producing real estate agent in delivering exceptional service to clients. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and assisting with marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of real estate processes. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. Responsibilities
- Assist with property management tasks, including scheduling showings and maintaining property listings
- Coordinate appointments, open houses, and client meetings efficiently
- Prepare and organize marketing materials for listings, including digital content and print advertisements
- Prepare and organize listing paperwork, dealing directly with conveyancing
- Experience with Docusign and one drive is an asset
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and in person to ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients under supervision of the lead agent
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with social media marketing campaigns to promote listings and brand presence
Experience
- Prior administrative experience in real estate or property management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of negotiation strategies within real estate transactions
- Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
