Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to maintain and enhance outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to ensure healthy and attractive landscapes
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems for installation and maintenance projects
- Use hand tools and power tools for planting, pruning, aeration, and other landscaping tasks
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution
- Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, and soil preparation
- Assist with construction projects related to landscape design or hardscaping features
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform mechanical maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscape equipment and tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with excavation machinery such as excavators is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their installation/repair is desirable
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices and construction techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation purposes
