We are looking for a super-fun, outgoing personality with a passion for great beer and exceptional service. We are looking for full time AND part-time/occasional servers with the potential of going to full time in the near future.
Duties include:
- Full Service - Taking beverage/food orders directly from patrons and serving them in a friendly and timely manner.
- Following Smart Serve guidelines at all times
- Collecting payment for beverages and record sales accurately in our POS
- Keeping the bar, restaurant and retail area clean and stocked
- Clearing and cleaning all tables and service areas
- Washing all equipment, work areas, cupboards and appliances
- Washing and storing all glassware and smallwares
- Sweeping and mopping the floors
- Cleaning and maintaining the restrooms
- Removing trash and cleaning garbage containers
- Stocking refrigerators and walk in cooler
- Maintaining and stocking retail merchandise displays and notify for inventory shortages (t-shirts, glassware, cleaning supplies, packing supplies etc)
- Ensuring compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations
- Maintaining Refined Fool's culture at all times and looking for opportunities to improve our guest experience
Employment Requirements
- Must be Smart Serve Certified
- Must be of legal serving age (18)
