Location
We operate a B2B platform in the online gaming space and are looking for a strong engineer to take ownership of key parts of the system. This role focuses on understanding the system, improving reliability, and driving incremental improvements over time.
Looking for a mid-senior engineer with experience modernizing legacy .NET systems and leading architecture decisions.
- Strong C# / modern .NET experience
- Experience working with legacy .NET systems and modernization strategies
- Solid SQL Server skills (querying, performance tuning, data modeling)
- Experience designing and building REST APIs
- Understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and deployment workflows
- Knowledge of authentication, security, and access control best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Ability to assess existing systems and define phased modernization plans
- Strong understanding of system architecture and performance optimization
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end and coordinating with external teams
What You’ll Do
- Work within an existing backend platform (APIs, integrations, core services)
- Own and improve system reliability and performance
- Integrate and manage external providers (casino, sportsbook feeds, payments)
- Debug and resolve production issues efficiently
- Drive incremental improvements to architecture and code quality
- Support new operator integrations and platform configurations
