We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals before each session
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices, techniques, and continuing education requirements
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role in a clinical or spa setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapists
- Prior experience working with diverse client populations is preferred but not mandatory
