A Glimpse at the Driver Role:
Our Delivery Drivers are the ambassadors in our Schools. This punctual posse is responsible for consistently delivering our delicious snacks and lunches to children across York Region and Richmond Hill.
As the face of our brand, you’ll need to have a tidy appearance and respectful manners. The hours of work can be from 9am-1pm with flexible start and end times.
To be a dedicated Driver, flexibility in your schedule is important.
We want to work with people who live to go above and beyond with customer service. Special consideration will be given to those whose friendly, outgoing attitude suits a child care centre environment and to those who have experience with kids.
The things you’ll get paid to do:
- Arrive on time for morning debrief
- Carefully load vehicles in the morning
- Safely and efficiently make deliveries to all stops on your route
- Keep vehicles clean and tidy
- Other duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Valid G-Class Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Completed Police Background Check.
- Excellent physical condition: able to lift heavy loads (20-50 lbs)
- Very reliable
- Excellent people skills
- Sound judgment
- Able to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with obstacles
- Interested in healthy eating and living
