Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in supporting our global clients and expanding our market reach. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth aligned with our company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide expert product information.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and applications.
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote our automation solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service within the industrial automation or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency with hubspot, quickbokks or similar tools.
- Technical understanding of automation products is a plus.
- Fluency in English; French, Portuguese, Spanish language skills are advantageous but not required.
- Excellent analysis skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: $34,400.00-$81,211.09 per year
